Right from early discussion to capture your vision & understand your requirements we will work alongside architects, surveyors and planning to create drawings and designs that will reflect your vision. Our creative & professional design services cover a wide range of property types from new developments to garage conversions.

02 Planning

At Godfrey Living we have a range of experience working with planning whether it is heritage, residential or commercial. We make sure the necessary paperwork and regulations are adhered to in supporting your planning application. We are here to act as the main point of contact, offering advice & guidance throughout the process from conception all the way to the grant of planning permission.

03 Internal design

We believe that the interior design of the build is one of the most critical parts of the whole process. At Godfrey Living we understand how space can be cleverly transformed. We factor in light, aspect, durability and design. We work with a range of consultants to best fit your requirements to bring you a beautiful interior that you’ll be delighted with.

04 Sourcing materials
